  15. I am trying to set up for a new ISP and am having trouble connecting with  
  16. my Monterey 144 32bis modem.  I am getting a log on speed and then a  
  17. hangup with the message "No Carrier".  I have used the following strings:

  28. Some of the above I've picked up from NG's or the new ISP tech.  As you  
  29. can see, I've tried everything I can think of before posting the
